Return Policy

It isn’t just Crocodilians we try to protect, it’s our customers who help us in our mission.

To initiate a return, please review this Return Policy and contact us with the information requested below. 

Damaged, Misprinted or Incorrect Items

Please contact us below, within 30 days of receiving your product, if your items are damaged, defective, misprinted or in error (i.e., wrong product, wrong size from what was ordered, etc,). We will arrange your return shipping and exchange the item at no cost to you.

For garments, any damage due to incorrect washing of the garment, wear & tear or damage while being worn is not eligible for returns

All Other Returns & Exchanges – 100% Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our primary concern. If you receive an item you are not satisfied with, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of your purchase price, minus shipping and handling or other previously incurred charges.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We can only accept returns if your product:

  • has not been worn
  • has not been washed
  • has not had any tags removed
  • is not scented with any perfume, aftershave, smoke, deodorant, pet or crocodilian odors.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items and these costs are non-refundable (unless the mistake is ours).

Our Return & Exchange Policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since the delivery date of your product we can not offer a refund or exchange.

If you are exchanging the product, please indicate the new size required.

Items that Can Not Be Returned

We do not offer returns on gift cards and, due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept any returns on underwear, sweatbands, swimwear or socks unless the product is misprinted, damaged or you received a wrong item different from what you ordered.

Return Process
  1. Please read our Return Policy (this page).
  2. Complete the Returns & Exchanges form below.
  3.  Upon receiving your request we will send confirmation as well as instructions on how and where to mail your Return.
  4. When sending back your package, ship it so it can be tracked if required. We can not be held responsible if there is no proof of delivery to us. Send by UPS, Fed-Ex or with Return Receipt by the US Postal Service. Please Note: We are not responsible for international taxes or custom's duty that may be incurred.
  5. Refunds will be issued to the same payment method you used when making your purchase.

If requesting an exchange, please indicate the new size required. Failure to provide this information could delay the refund/exchange.
